Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate staffing and skill mix for complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will interface with Program Managers, Engineering leads, and discipline managers to drive successful execution and customer updates.

The role requires strong vendor coordination, risk planning, and the ability to manage scope, schedule, and costs in a fast-paced environment. ITAR compliance and government project experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• 0–2 years' experience with Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years with a Master's degree.
• Experience with advanced project management concepts and interfacing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Create and update Project Management Plans to track progress and cost.
• Conduct weekly project team meetings and track labor/costs.
• Coordinate resources, vendors, and 3rd party partners to meet goals and schedules.
• Identify and manage project risks and changes; produce monthly status reports.
