Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Business Management Manager 1 to lead all business management activities within the Launcher Operating Unit. You will report to the Launcher Operating Unit Business Manager and oversee program control, financial planning, and pricing functions across contracts.

The role requires strong experience in cost control, EVMS, and financial analysis, with travel up to 25% and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional industry related experience, or Master’s with 3 years.
• Experience in a Program Control Environment, setting up cost control and monitoring costs/schedules.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in pricing and proposal activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and SAP.
• Experience preparing and presenting financial analysis to team/management.
• Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Program resource management, including cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and analysis.
• Preparation and presentation of financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecast.
• Compliance and financial reporting in support of Annual Operating Plan and monthly Indicated Finals.
• EVMS oversight with COBRA reporting to satisfy internal/external deliverables.
• Comprehensive Estimate-at-Complete preparation and review.
• Assistance with contract negotiations.
• Support of pricing and proposal activities.
• Review of contractual documents, including Technical Task Orders.
• Subcontractor invoicing and funding.
• Ongoing collaboration with the customer and functional teams.
• Management and development of PCA staff.
