Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Dayton, OH, seeks a Manager Program Control 2 to lead a cost analysis team and oversee EVMS implementation and program financial analysis. Hybrid work arrangement in Dayton, with responsibilities spanning SOX compliance, audits, and contract deliverables.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Business (or MS/MBA) and significant EVMS experience, along with travel and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years Finance/Business Management experience OR Master's Degree with 5 years Finance/Business Management work experience
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and financial analysis
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically 10% of the time and obtain/maintain a US Government secret clearance
• Strong leadership and team supervision experience

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision activities, including performance goals, reviews, and timecard approvals
• Develop employee skills and evaluate performance across EVMS, cost & schedule reporting, and EACs
• Ensure contract deliverables are completed and submitted on time
• Lead the team to achieve quality, accountability, and performance
• Interface with program office, functional leadership, and external auditing agencies on EVMS tasks
• Support proposal preparation, fact-finding and contract negotiations as needed
• Operate in a fast-paced, changing environment
