The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is hiring a Program Analyst 2 in Harrisburg to provide statistical and analytical support to improve agency programs. This position involves collaborating with agency leadership, ensuring compliance, and managing projects effectively.

Full-time role with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The ability to telework part-time, up to four days a week, is offered. A Bachelor's degree and relevant analytical experience are required.

Qualifications

• One year as Program Analyst 1 or equivalent, or two years analytical experience including program evaluation.
• Ability to meet PA residency requirement.
• Must pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning efforts by leading sessions with agency leadership.
• Work with staff and partners to build shared agreements.
• Review reports to promote adherence to business processes.
