Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Program Analyst 1 to support analytical, administrative, and program‑level tasks for statewide juvenile justice initiatives. You will collect data, review records, and generate charts and dashboards to inform policy decisions and resource allocation.

The role involves preparing reports, supporting performance measures, and coordinating with internal staff and county partners, with a focus on accuracy and effective communication of findings.

Qualifications

• One year of paraprofessional analytical experience; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize program information and juvenile justice data.
• Examine records to identify missing or inconsistent information and maintain spreadsheets and tracking documents.
• Organize, clean, and analyze data using Excel functions to merge, calculate, and produce charts and graphs.
• Draft and prepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and presentations to convey findings.
• Review policies and program materials to support development and tracking of performance indicators.
• Assist with meeting preparation and project coordination; develop materials for staff and stakeholders.
