Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Protection seeks a Program Analyst 2 to support the Small Business Ombudsman Office by analyzing program data, reviewing materials, and assisting with funding and outreach activities. Telework may be available part-time; travel could be required, and typical hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• One year as a Program Analyst 1 or equivalent.
• Two years of analytical experience with program evaluation and recommendations, plus a bachelor’s degree.
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Review SBAG applications, track awards/payments, and assist applicants with questions.
• Provide guidance on Pollution Prevention Assistance Account Loan requirements and review related reports.
• Maintain documentation for grant and loan programs and report issues to the Ombudsman.
• Develop and update outreach publications, videos, handouts, and annual reports for SBEAP.
• Conduct SAP data reviews to prepare financial reports and support fund management.
