Job summary

Responsibilities

• Data Integration: Analyze Medicare and Medicaid data to evaluate care coordination outcomes.
• Trend Review: Use data mining techniques to identify trends in complex datasets.
• Reporting Accuracy: Compile and submit reports to CMS demonstrating consumer outcomes.
• Technical Guidance: Advise staff and partners on planning, objectives, and service coordination.
• Quality Evaluation: Assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements for seamless service delivery.
