Job summary

The Management Analyst 2 position with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor's Bureau of Central Operations supports quality assurance and monitoring of statewide grants, contracts, and agreements for rehabilitation services.

You will conduct compliance reviews, on-site assessments of providers, financial analysis, and develop process improvements to strengthen service delivery across the Commonwealth's Central and Eastern Regions.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Management Analyst 1 or two years of technical management analysis with a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in developing, analyzing, or recommending improvements to managerial processes and procedures.
• Ability to conduct on-site assessments and compliance reviews.
• Skills in financial analysis and document evaluation.
• Pennsylvania residency requirement.
• Background clearances including PA State Police, child abuse history, and FBI fingerprint clearance.

This is a full-time, permanent civil service role based in Harrisburg with opportunities for telework after the training period.
