Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Scheduler II to develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules aligned with customer demand, capacity, and inventory. The role requires coordination with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure feasible, timely plans and optimal resource use.

The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven analysis, monitor bottlenecks, and adjust schedules to meet customer expectations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in production planning/scheduling within manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with scheduling software or APS/ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on orders, forecasts, capacity, and inventory.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain to understand requirements and constraints.
• Analyze data on orders, materials, and capacity to optimize schedules.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to respond to changes in demand or supply.
• Coordinate resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Communicate schedules and changes to stakeholders across teams.
• Support APS implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
