Job summary

Critical Loop, Inc. is seeking a Production Master Scheduler to drive efficient scheduling across product lines. You will create rate-based plans, identify shortages, and forecast long-term resource needs while coordinating with teams to meet customer milestones.

Responsibilities include managing part lead times, optimizing resource allocations, and reducing schedule risk through analysis and proactive mitigation. Strong ERP/MRP experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business or related field.
• At least 3+ years of manufacturing scheduling, planning or operations.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated production scheduling across product lines, identifying need dates and projecting long-term requirements.
• Create rate-based schedules and track constraints; negotiate priorities with leadership.
• Set and track daily/weekly goals for work centers, considering personnel and resource limits.
• Use ERP/MRP to identify shortages and craft solutions to progress builds.
• Conduct capacity analysis to reduce schedule risk and drive improvements.
• Address root causes and resolve blockers to deliver products on time.
