The position focuses on creating detailed schedules, managing ERP/MRP planning, and driving improvements to planning accuracy and efficiency while meeting customer delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, or engineering.
• 1–3 years in production planning or manufacturing.
• U.S. citizen due to federal contracts.
• Experience with Job Boss ERP/MRP.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production requirements.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse, and Quality teams.
• Review sales orders, forecasts and inventory to determine requirements.
• Create and maintain work orders and planning schedules in ERP/MRP.
• Monitor material availability and adjust schedules for changes.
• Track progress and communicate delays to management.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce downtime and optimize resources.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
