Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Production Scheduler to generate and track production schedules, coordinating material availability with Planning and Operations. This role ensures execution of the plan and maintains ERP/MRP data to drive on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in production scheduling or planning in manufacturing, with hands-on ERP/MRP and advanced Excel skills, and a strong analytical mindset to support KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of production scheduling or planning experience in manufacturing
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data modeling)

Responsibilities

• Generates daily and weekly production schedules by line.
• Tracks plan adherence and adjusts for deviations.
• Coordinates with Planning and Materials on component availability.
• Maintains planning and scheduling data in the ERP/MRP.
• Analyzes and reports adherence and service KPIs.
• Supports line load‑leveling and sequencing.
