Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Scheduling Manager to own daily and mid-term production scheduling, balancing demand with capacity to meet commitments and stabilize plant execution. You will manage short- and mid-term schedules, coordinate with planning and materials, and optimize KPIs across service, inventory and plan adherence.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in production planning with 2+ years leading teams, plus 3+ years in MRP/ERP systems and capacity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years planning/scheduling experience.
• 2+ years leading teams and coordinating with cross-functional groups.
• 3+ years with MRP/ERP systems and capacity planning.
• 3+ years building and managing production schedules to balance line load.
• 3+ years tracking plan adherence and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Builds short- and mid-term production schedules.
• Balances line load against capacity and material availability.
• Monitors adherence-to-plan and adjusts for deviations.
• Coordinates with Planning and Materials on component availability.
• Analyzes KPIs and drives corrective actions.
• Supports SIOP/S&OP with capacity and scheduling inputs.
• Maintains scheduling parameters and data integrity in ERP.
