Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Scheduling Manager in Fort Worth, TX to own daily and mid-term production scheduling, balancing demand and capacity to meet customer commitments while stabilizing plant execution.

The role requires 7+ years in production planning, ERP/MRP expertise, and proven leadership. You will coordinate with Planning and Materials, analyze KPIs, and support SIOP/S&OP processes to optimize scheduling and data integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
7+ years of production planning/scheduling experience with 2+ years experience leading teams.
3+ years of experience with MRP/ERP systems and capacity planning.
3+ years of proven success building and managing production schedules to balance line load.
3+ years of experience tracking plan adherence, service levels, and inventory KPIs.

Responsibilities

Builds and manages short- and mid-term production schedules.
Balances line load against available capacity and material availability.
Tracks adherence-to-plan and adjusts for deviations and constraints.
Coordinates with Planning and Materials on component availability.
Analyzes service, inventory and plan-adherence KPIs and drives corrective actions.
Supports the SIOP/S&OP process with capacity and schedule inputs.
Maintains scheduling parameters and data integrity in the ERP.
