Job summary

Engage Technologies Corporation seeks a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the production schedule aligning demand, materials, labor, and resources. The role drives on-time delivery and efficient inventory management within MRP/ERP environments.

The position coordinates with purchasing, engineering, and customer service to ensure accurate builds, proper BOMs, and timely communication of delivery changes. Strong data analysis and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning and coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and process excellence.
• Proven experience in production scheduling, capacity planning, and manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in MRP and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production of printers based on history and customer demands.
• Schedule the workforce to complete the schedule.
• Coordinate with purchasing on inventory levels.
• Communicate with customer service on delivery dates and scheduling changes.
• Ensure documentation for builds is provided and ERP transactions are complete and correct.
• Manage inventory using cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering on production bills of materials.
• Participate in Kaizens and process improvement plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
