Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Master Scheduler to own the master production schedule, balancing demand, capacity and material availability to maximize service and plant stability. This role interfaces with demand planning and execution under limited supervision.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in master scheduling or production planning, strong MPS/MRP/ERP skills, and experience in manufacturing environments; CPIM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of master scheduling, production planning or materials experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of MPS, MRP and ERP planning logic, time fences and planning bills.
• APICS CPIM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains the master production schedule (MPS) for the assigned value stream.
• Balances demand against capacity and material availability, escalating constraints early.
• Converts the demand plan into an executable, level-loaded build schedule.
• Manages schedule changes, expedites and trade-offs to protect customer commitments.
• Owns MPS parameters, time fences and planning bills in the ERP.
• P artners with Planning, Production, Materials and Commercial in the SIOP/S&OP process.
• Analyzes adherence-to-plan, past-due and service KPIs and drives corrective actions.
