The role requires 7+ years in scheduling, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with ERP and MS Excel. Experience with SIOP/S&OP is a plus. Based in Fort Worth, TX; competitive base pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in master scheduling, production planning, or materials experience in manufacturing.
• A strong understanding of MPS, MRP and ERP planning logic, time fences and planning bills.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains the master production schedule (MPS) for the assigned value stream.
• Balances demand against capacity and material availability, escalating constraints early.
• Transforms the demand plan into an executable, level-loaded build schedule.
• Manages schedule changes, expedites and trade-offs to protect customer commitments.
• Owns MPS parameters, time fences and planning bills in the ERP.
• Partners with Planning, Production, Materials and Commercial in the SIOP/S&OP process.
• Analyzes adherence-to-plan, past-due and service KPIs and drives corrective actions.
