Design and maintain granular production schedules, coordinate materials and machinery to prevent bottlenecks, translate data into insights, and collaborate with sales, production, and customer service to ensure quality and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Strong ability to interpret complex technical documents, including job layouts and procedure manuals.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain granular production schedules that align with manufacturing targets and client delivery commitments.
• Oversee the synchronization of materials, components, and machinery to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure continuous throughput.
• Transform raw production data into actionable insights to improve scheduling accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Monitor and report on daily attainment figures and weekly output reliability to keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage the fulfillment process to guarantee that final products meet rigorous quality standards and deadlines.
