Job summary

You will optimize material flow, support new programs, lead continuous improvement, and align daily shipping and production with long-term needs, ensuring on-time delivery and controlled inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Direct experience with Automotive JIT sequencing.
• 3–5 years in roles such as Materials Analyst, Scheduler, Planner, or Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven background in material flow, inventory management, customer metrics, and demand scheduling.
• Practical knowledge of purchasing, accounting, and operations within the automotive supply chain.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, EDI, and PC software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material flow across the production cycle to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate production scheduling, demand management, and client support for diverse products.
• Develop weekly S&OP data alongside formal forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to align daily shipping with long-term needs.
• Optimize supply chain parameters to achieve on-time delivery while controlling inventory.
• Lead cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support successful launches of new programs and products.
