Job summary

Activar, Inc. in Georgia seeks a Production Planner to coordinate purchasing and inventory planning, schedule production and purchase orders, and maintain the production plan in line with management guidance.

You will work on-site with production teams daily, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely order status responses, while collaborating across departments to optimize material flow and ERP usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum 2 years in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Navision is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule production orders and purchase orders to meet the inventory plan.
• Distribute production and purchase orders promptly as directed by management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the inventory and production plan.
