Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, Caldwell, ID, is seeking a Production Planner to ensure timely and cost‑effective availability of materials and components to support operational performance. You will collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, customer service, warehouse, tooling, maintenance, engineering and management to provide efficient production schedules that meet customer orders.

The role involves maintaining master data, supporting transfers to production, scheduling samples, and acting as backup

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities and schedules.
• Familiarity with production planning workflows and materials management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site engineering master data including BOMs, routings, and material masters.
• Support manufacturing transfer processes to production.
• Schedule samples and coordinate with metrology lab for sample parts.
• Provide information to internal customers and keep project paperwork up-to-date.
• Assist during customer visits to ensure needs are met.
• Backup for Production Scheduler as needed.
• Coordinate with Operations to fulfill master data needs for smooth flow.
