Job summary

Job description

  • Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler with 3+ years of production planning and scheduling experience.
  • Responsible for creating and optimizing production schedules, managing inventory and material availability, maintaining SAP/MRP data, supporting new product launches, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of production planning/scheduling experience
  • Strong SAP/ERP and MRP expertise
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Project management and continuous improvement experience
  • Knowledge of inventory management, capacity planning, BOMs, routings, and safety stock
  • Experience with GMP, ISO/FDA regulations, or medical device manufacturing preferred
  • APICS CPIM and Six Sigma certifications are a plus
Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage production schedules across multiple product lines
  • Monitor inventory, material shortages, safety stock, and on-time delivery metrics
  • Maintain SAP/MRP master data, BOMs, routings, and planning parameters
  • Support new product introductions, transfers, and supply chain initiatives
  • Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Quality, R&D, Logistics, and Customer Service teams
  • Generate planning, backlog, shortage, and performance reports
