Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a motivated Preventative Maintenance (PM) Planner to join our team in New Richmond, WI. The PM Planner will plan, schedule, coordinate, and document preventive maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment, facilities, utilities, and supporting systems to ensure safety, on-schedule delivery, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in a manufacturing environment, ERP/SAP/CMMS experience, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years of similar experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance master data in the ERP system.
• Identify maintenance needs - create/process/complete notifications.
• Identify preventative maintenance needs - maintain & create preventative maintenance plan.
• Plan resources on maintenance order – labor, materials, services.
• Schedule & execute maintenance orders.
• Document work details, spare parts usage, purchases & labor hours.
• Manage inventory control of spare parts.
