Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, seeks a motivated PM Planner to join our New Richmond, WI team. This role plans, schedules, coordinates, and documents preventive maintenance for manufacturing equipment and facilities, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time execution.

The PM Planner works across Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Quality, Facilities, Procurement, and vendors, handling SAP/CMMS, QNs, ERs, and spare-parts planning to maintain asset reliability.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistant Associate Degree or related education and experience
• 2+ years of similar experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance master data in the ERP system
• Identify maintenance needs - create/process/complete notifications
• Identify preventative maintenance needs - maintain & create preventative maintenance plan
• Plan resources on maintenance order – labor, materials, services
• Schedule & execute maintenance orders
• Document work details, spare parts usage, purchases & labor hours
• Manage inventory control of spare parts
