Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, LLC, a Molex company, is seeking a Production Planner at our Caldwell, ID site to ensure timely and cost-effective availability of materials to support operations. You will collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, customer service, warehouse, tooling, maintenance, engineering and management to provide efficient production schedules that meet customer orders.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• One year or more of project management or production planning experience.
• SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site-level engineering master data including Bill of Materials, Routings, and Material Masters.
• Support engineers with the manufacturing transfer process to production.
• Coordinate sample activities including scheduling samples and delivering samples to the metrology lab.
• Provide information to internal customers and keep project paperwork up-to-date when in production.
• Assist engineers during customer visits to ensure customer needs are met.
• Foster a strong business partnership and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Act as backup for Production Scheduler as needed.
• Coordinate with Operations to fulfill Master Data needs for smooth product and order flow.
