Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Production Planner to support production planning activities, ensuring material availability, production continuity, and on-time delivery through data‑driven decision making.

You will develop and maintain production plans, monitor safety stock and MRP settings, analyze trends, generate reports, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to resolve constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in STEM or supply chain management.
• 3+ years’ experience in supply chain management, production planning, or purchasing.
• Strong understanding of MRP and production planning principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans to support demand and schedules.
• Monitor safety stock, reorder points, lead times, lot sizes, and MRP settings.
• Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends and risks.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support planning and operations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to resolve constraints.
• Support root cause analysis for shortages and late orders.
• Maintain planning master data and ensure ERP data accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization.
