Job summary

ElectriBuilt, based at the Hammond, WI plant, is seeking a Production Planning lead to align customer demand with factory capacity across multiple product lines. You will drive CPM-based schedules, coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Procurement, and Sales, and continuously improve planning processes for scalable operations.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in production scheduling, strong CP/M and Lean expertise, and the ability to partner across functions to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in production scheduling, production management, manufacturing operations, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of electrical, low voltage, or manufacturing experience in production or field operations.
• Experience scheduling large, complex production orders with integration of multiple work centers and fabrication packages.
• Strong understanding of critical path methodology to ensure timely delivery of milestone tasks.
• Experience with LEAN methodologies and/or similar continuous improvement applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of production schedules across multiple product lines and customer commitments.
• Facilitate planning discussions and product coordination meetings with Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Procurement, and Sales/Commercial teams.
• Develop and continuously improve production planning processes, systems, metrics, and reporting tools to support scalability.
• Monitor production progress, identify risks, and provide corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations leadership to resolve production challenges and optimize resource utilization.
