ElectriBuilt, based in Hammond, WI, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead day-to-day production of electrical skids and engineered-to-order products. You will oversee the entire facility, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and partner with pre-production, procurement and supply chain.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing operations with leadership, and hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and TOC practices to scale a growing facility.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing operations experience with leadership roles.
• ETO experience with modular skid-based manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for all manufacturing operations on site.
• Ensure electrical skids and engineered-to-order products are produced safely, on schedule and to spec.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost metrics.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team.
• Collaborate with Pre-production, Procurement and Supply Chain on builds and inventory.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and lean transformation.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
