Job summary

ElectriBuilt, based in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Lead Production Planner to manage CPM-based schedules from order entry to shipment. You’ll work across Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Procurement, and Sales to align demand with capacity and material availability.

The role focuses on improving scheduling processes, optimizing production flow, and delivering reliable on-time performance. Strong cross-functional collaboration and a background in modular, engineered-to-order manufacturing are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in production scheduling, manufacturing operations, or related field.
• 5–7 years in electrical, low voltage, or manufacturing production planning.
• Experience leading CPM-based schedules across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of production schedules across orders and product lines.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with Engineering, Manufacturing Operations and Procurement.
• Monitor CPM schedules, identify risks, and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
• Improve planning processes, reporting tools, and performance metrics for scalability.
• Develop master production schedule and coordinate resource allocation.
