• Direct experience with inventory control (production, warehouse, or distribution).
• Demonstrate leadership and the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong communication across in-person, chat, email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Demand planning and replenishment to align with production schedules and Just‑In‑Time delivery.
• Organize inventory locations, investigate discrepancies, and train teams on inventory discipline.
• Create and maintain production schedules for stock-part workcells and communicate capacity risks.
