Qualifications

  • Experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and project management tools.
  • Proficient Excel skills (tables, filters, sorting).
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation between facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Compile information from multiple sources into a master schedule.
  • Improve communication and scheduling processes for visibility.
  • Track work progress on the plant floor and update the master schedule.
  • Coordinate flow of work and materials between departments.
  • Evaluate make-to-stock inventory and downstream impact.
  • Monitor high‑profile jobs to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Align production with material and capacity constraints with Procurement, Quality, Logistics.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Report to Operations Manager within Production Control.
  • Provide analytical, actionable info to production supervisors.
