Job summary

ElectroCraft, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Planner to develop and implement material flow and value-added assemblies across the production process.

You will coordinate with purchasing, value stream leaders and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time delivery of quality products, maintain accurate lead-times, and optimize inventory using kanban, MRP, and standard work methods. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required to align internal resources with customer requirements and

Qualifications

• Typically requires a B.A. or B.S. degree. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• 2 to 5 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Experience with manufacturing systems; APICS certification desirable; proficient in Microsoft applications; AX experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine planner codes, lead-times, and units of measure; keep system up to date.
• Plan production order releases to meet customer dates and resolve shortages.
• Set up outside services to maintain production flow.
• Schedule and flow work through manufacturing using kanban, MRP, and standard work.
• Coordinate Engineering changes and optimize inventory to meet customer schedules.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve material flow and supplier relationships.
• Provide supply planning to minimize inventory and support new product introductions.
