Responsibilities

• Enters sales orders and acknowledges ship dates.
• Monitors pricing on incoming orders to ensure quotes match, avoiding short pays.
• Revises schedules and issues work orders for order changes and revised forecasts.
• Manages customer relationships by notifying customers of failures and handling requests.
• Coordinates scheduled shipments with Shipping Department.
• Reviews and evaluates forecasts.
• Researches late parts and identifies bottlenecks for manufacturing.
• Collaborates with engineering to implement changes and monitor BOM issues.
• Expedites late deliveries from vendors as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
