Job summary

Electrical Components International is seeking a Production Planner to develop and maintain the master production schedule for the Foxborough, MA facility. You will convert customer demand into actionable build plans, coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to meet on-time delivery, quality, and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of production planning, scheduling, or materials planning experience.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP scheduling, work orders, and inventory control.
• Lean/continuous improvement experience a plus.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain the master production schedule balancing demand, capacity, and materials.
• Convert orders and forecasts into executable build plans and release work orders.
• Analyze demand signals, backlog, and inventory to determine material and labor requirements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Supply Chain to expedite parts and confirm supplier delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and re-sequence work to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare production status and performance reports for leadership.
