SMTC Corporation is seeking a Program Planner in Melbourne, FL to develop and execute production plans ensuring material availability, readiness, and on-time delivery in support of customer requirements.

You will coordinate with Master Scheduling, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to optimize manufacturing flow, capacity, and inventory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• ASCM CPIM or CSCP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred

Responsabilités

• Develop and release production work orders aligned with demand and plan.
• Analyze MRP recommendations to ensure material availability.
• Monitor schedules and constraints to maintain on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality.
• Evaluate BOMs and engineering changes for planning accuracy.
• Support NPI by coordinating planning and manufacturing readiness.
• Produce schedules, inventory analyses, and performance metrics.
• Identify risks and propose adjustments to the production plan.
