Job summary

Globe Composite Solutions in Stoughton, MA seeks a Production Planning Specialist to develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability. You will refine ERP/MRP parameters and analyze datasets to reduce lead times and downtime.

Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Production leadership to align schedules, resolve shortages, and support S&OP processes with data-driven insights and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
2-7+ years of hands-on experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations within an ERP-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability.
Maintain and refine core ERP/MRP planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, lot sizes, routing accuracy, BOM structure).
Analyze production datasets, capacity constraints, and bottlenecks to improve throughput and reduce lead times.
Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Production leadership to align schedules and resolve shortages.
