Job summary

Product Society is seeking an analytical, hands-on Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler to join our Supply Chain team. You’ll turn customer demand into executable plans across compounding, filling, packaging, and warehouse operations, balancing capacity, materials, and labor.

You’ll partner with Manufacturing, Materials, Purchasing, R&D, Quality, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure the right materials and sequencing are in place to meet every customer commitment, while advancing data-driven

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in manufacturing planning, scheduling, or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems across multiple lines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules from orders and forecasts.
• Sequence production to maximize throughput and minimize changeovers.
• Coordinate schedules across multiple lines, work centers, and teams.
• Analyze capacity, identify bottlenecks, and surface constraints early.
• Own planning data in ERP/MRP and ensure accurate routings and lead times.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track production performance.
