Techni-Glass LLC in Mosinee, Wisconsin seeks a data-driven Material Planner & Production Scheduler to ensure material readiness and optimized production scheduling across all fabrication lines. The role partners with Manufacturing to meet customer commitments while advancing ERP-driven process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in planning/scheduling, strong ERP experience, and a proactive approach to system evolution and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in material planning, production scheduling, or supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
• Associate degree in a business-related field.
• Experience with medium/large ERP systems (MRP/ERP) and data-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Material Planning & Procurement: Use MRP/ERP to plan, create, and manage purchase orders for raw glass and related inputs.
• Inventory Management: Monitor levels to prevent stockouts and excess; maintain safety stock and lead times.
• Supplier Relations: Communicate with vendors on pricing, lead times, tracking, and quality.
• Cost Control: Track material yields and pricing fluctuations to support quotes and margins.
• Production Scheduling: Develop and publish daily and weekly schedules across fabrication lines.
• Capacity Planning & Forecasting: Balance machine, labor, and shift capacity against orders for on-time delivery.
• Agile Adjustments: Rebalance production flows during disruptions and communicate changes.
• System Evolution: Champion ERP on the plant floor and propose automated improvements.
• Data Integrity: Monitor BOMs, routing times, and material masters.
