Job summary

Entegris in Minnesota seeks a Senior Planning Specialist to align production, inventory, and material flow with customer demand. You’ll craft and optimize schedules, resolve constraints, and ensure data integrity across planning systems.

You’ll influence partners at all levels and lead capacity-focused meetings with cross-functional teams. The role requires advanced SAP experience, strong data analysis, and 5+ years in production planning.

Qualifications

• Advanced SAP experience with materials management or production planning modules.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in production planning, scheduling, or related manufacturing operations.
• Strong cross-functional influence and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with MRP/ERP processes and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules to optimize workflow and on-time delivery.
• Review MRP signals daily and update work orders to meet demand.
• Identify and resolve material, labor, tool, and capacity constraints.
• Lead weekly capacity and production meetings to drive accountability.
• Maintain master data related to planning such as safety stock and scheduling parameters.
• Support ECR/ECO and Quality Notifications to ensure accurate planning records.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality and engineering.
• Coordinate with tool room and operations for new tooling or process updates.
