Job summary

Molex is seeking a Global Demand Planner to own the 24-month forecast for an assigned product portfolio. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, finance, operations, and manufacturing to develop reliable forecasts and drive improvements in accuracy and bias to support profitable growth.

You will maintain planning parameters in SAP and Kinaxis Maestro, monitor key metrics, and identify risks and opportunities to guide cross-functional decisions in a fast-paced global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, economics, analytics or related field
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/GSOP or related supply chain function
• Experience analyzing data to identify trends and support recommendations

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a 24-month demand forecast for an assigned product portfolio
• Develop mid- and long-term forecasts using historical demand, customer and sales input, market trends, and product lifecycle plans
• Present forecast changes, risks, opportunities, assumptions, and actions to cross-functional stakeholders
• Partner with sales, marketing, product management, finance, operations, and manufacturing to align assumptions and resolve forecast gaps
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Maintain forecasts and planning parameters in Kinaxis Maestro and SAP
• Identify demand spikes, supply constraints, and communicate potential impact
• Challenge unsupported assumptions and document decisions to strengthen accountability
• Drive process improvements to improve forecast performance, service, and inventory health
