enGen seeks a product owner to lead development and product management of a service/analytic product with a focus on agile execution for cross-functional teams. The role champions translating strategy into requirements and guiding prioritization to maximize business value.

You will manage a backlog for multiple sprints, align stakeholders, and work with external vendors to coordinate roadmaps and delivery. Strong tech, market, and operating model understanding is essential.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, Information Management, or related field.
• Preferred Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or Information Management.

Responsabilités

• Translate the product manager's vision into business and functional requirements for the teams.
• Maintain a well groomed backlog and prioritize for multiple sprints with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create, maintain, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Ensure stories are accepted as Done, with development and testing complete.
