Job summary

enGen seeks a strategic IT leader to guide and grow teams supporting Clinical and Provider applications. The role blends on-shore and off-shore resources, driving performance, availability, and streamlined clinical workflows to enhance provider and patient experiences.

The manager works closely with operations, product engineering, and infrastructure, oversees budget and planning, and champions continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science or closely related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership/mentoring role.
• Experience in budget administration and process improvement.
• Knowledge of developing strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and software engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day support, incident management, and lifecycle maintenance for core Clinical and Provider applications.
• Partner with Clinical and Provider leadership and stakeholders to align priorities and meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage SLAs, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates or patches.
