BDO is seeking a Product Operations Manager in the United States to design and improve product management processes, coach PMs and cross-functional teams, and establish operating rhythms, standards, and metrics across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Business stakeholders to improve intake, prioritization, execution transparency, and outcomes, while guiding lifecycle governance and post-launch learning.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Six (6) or more years of experience in product management, product operations, delivery/PMO, or related technology roles.
• Experience as a Product Manager, IT Project Manager, Business Systems Analyst, or similar roles.
• Experience using a standard project management methodology (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
• Experience with scrum and other agile development methods (preferred).
• Experience leading and directing work in a project-oriented capacity (preferred).
• Familiar with a web-based applications environment (preferred).
• Experience in a professional services firm (preferred).

• Builds relationships with Business Line leaders and executive stakeholders.

• Launches new product features and experiences, drafts requirements, and supports sprint planning and testing.
• Develops scope documents and statements of work for new projects.
• Collaborates with vendors to keep efforts on time and within budget.
• Leads project teams and allocates resources for task completion.
