Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate market and customer insights into clear positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in close partnership with Product, Sales, CS, Finance, and Marketing.

You will lead and develop a team of product marketers, setting priorities and standards for high-quality work while driving adoption and growth across designated lines

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing, go-to-market strategy for B2B SaaS or complex solutions.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a product marketing team.
• Own product marketing strategy from market assessment to launch and growth.
• Define market and commercial strategy.
• Develop customer, competitor, market, and whitespace insights.
• Own segmentation, ICPs, competitive intel, and TAM/SAM/SOM analyses.
• Translate insights into recommendations for product investment and revenue planning.
• Own pricing and packaging in collaboration with Product, Finance, Sales and leadership.
• Equip Sales and CS with narratives, tools, and training for win, retention, and expansion.
• Collaborate with CS and Sales to identify champions and turn testimonials into proof points.
• Track adoption and commercial performance and adjust strategies based on results.
• Communicate priorities and risks clearly to executives and cross-functional partners.
