ITW in the United States is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and drive the commercial performance of a software and equipment product portfolio. You will own product P&L, guide multi-year roadmaps, and align product direction with market opportunities.

Using customer and market insights, you will define value-driven solutions, support go-to-market execution, and partner cross-functionally to deliver high-impact results in an Agile environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline.
• 6+ years’ experience working as a Product Owner with a development team.
• Experience in product management with ownership of product strategy and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with Customer-Back Innovation (CBI) or similar stage-gate frameworks.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred.
• Software product strategy and management experience with value delivery.
• Experience leading software product development in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe).
• Strong team, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap across product lines.
• Lead marketing strategy for each product category and own P&L, revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration.
• Monitor product performance metrics and adjust strategy to maximize ROI.
• Develop GTM strategies for new products and major releases, and enable sales through training.
• Engage with customers, participate in sales cycles, and build relationships with strategic accounts.
• Communicate product vision and performance to executives and stakeholders.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment among Product Owners, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations.
