3E is seeking a Product Manager to lead their Chemical & Workplace Safety product team, owning initiatives from discovery to continuous improvement. You will translate customer and market needs into clear requirements, balance priorities across stakeholders, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to drive adoption and impact.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in product management or related fields, B2B SaaS experience, and strong communication skills to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in product management or EHS/chemical safety.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
• Strong communication skills to translate needs into requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and APIs/integrations.

Responsabilités

• Own product initiatives from discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Balance competing priorities considering customer value, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams throughout planning, development, testing, release and post-launch improvement.
• Ensure teams solve the right problems by providing context, requirements, and success criteria.
• Develop deep understanding of customers, users, and workflows to inform product decisions and opportunities.
