3E is seeking a Product Manager for its Chemical & Workplace Safety portfolio. You will own initiatives from discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement, working with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales and Marketing to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.

You will balance customer value with business priorities, evaluate opportunities, and drive measurable outcomes across enterprise platforms and services.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or related field.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products, enterprise platforms and complex regulatory/content-driven solutions.
• Experience taking customer problems from discovery through prioritization, planning and delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating, implementing or improving business software or applications.
• Ability to work independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and define a path forward when not fully defined.
• Experience cross-functionally with stakeholders without formal authority, balancing customer, commercial, technical and timing needs.
• Strong communication skills to translate customer needs into clear requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with EHS, chemical safety, or regulatory compliance; products combining software, services, content offerings.
