Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager for the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. The role offers ownership from discovery to delivery, including prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.

You will translate customer and market needs into clear requirements and collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject-matter experts to deliver measurable outcomes. A strong background in B2B SaaS and regulatory compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or related field.
• Experience in B2B SaaS product management, commercial, or customer-facing roles with complex enterprise platforms.
• Experience taking customer or business problems from discovery to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, improving, or replacing business software or applications.
• Strong ability to work independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and create a path forward when the solution is not fully defined.
• Experience cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from problem discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and solution approaches.
• Bring structure to ambiguous or inherited problems by clarifying needs, risks, trade-offs, and success measures.
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives considering customer value, business goals, technical constraints, and timing.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams throughout planning, refinement, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvement.
• Ensure teams are solving the right problems by providing clear context, requirements, and success criteria.
• Evaluate workflows and opportunities for improvement, defining a clear path forward.
