3E is seeking a Product Manager to join the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You will own initiatives from discovery to delivery, translate customer and market needs into clear requirements, and collaborate across Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and operations.

The role emphasizes measurable outcomes like adoption and impact in enterprise, regulatory, or content-driven solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or a related field.
• B2B SaaS product management, commercial, or customer-facing experience with enterprise platforms supporting complex regulatory/content-driven solutions.
• Experience taking customer or business problems from discovery through prioritization, planning, and delivery.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, improving, or replacing business software or applications.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
