The role emphasizes voice-of-customer leadership, lifecycle management, and working within risk and regulatory frameworks to deliver high-quality onboarding solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, development, and value management.
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
• Proven ability engaging with a technology and business audience alike.
• Proficiency in data analytics to inform prioritization, measure performance, and drive decisions.
• Deep experience with risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements embedded in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Direct the principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey-intake, dependency management, release and deployment, and product operationalization-with a focus on feasibility and readiness.
• Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
• Maintain a transparent portfolio view of timelines, cross-team dependencies, and environmental constraints; identify and resolve blockers early.
